Booking

By telephone or e-mail initially (contact details here, and then confirmation by sending a completed booking form and 25% deposit within 7 days. The balance will become due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. If booking within this 8 week period, the full cost to be paid at the time of booking. Numbers in excess of those agreed on the booking form, sub-letting, or reassignment of the accommodation is not permitted. Please read the Booking Terms and Conditions.

Payment may be made by cheque or direct transfer into our bank account. Regretfully, we are unable to accept payment by credit card at this time.

Booking Form

We will reserve the cottage and the dates you require on the basis of a telephone or e-mail confirmation from you. But we must thereafter receive a completed booking form from you before we can upgrade your reservation to a confirmed booking. Accommodation

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the brochure and these pages, but the Owners do not guarantee all facilities, equipment etc. are exactly as described.

The gîtes are available from 1600hrs on the first day of your holiday (Please advise if you will be arriving later than 2000hrs) and are to be vacated by 1000hrs on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

Whilst duvets/blankets are provided, Guests are asked to bring their own bed linen, towels, and teacloths although these are available for hire if required. (see our Booking Form for more details.)

Finally, we look forward to greeting you at Maison de la Famille and will do all we can to ensure you have a happy and memorable holiday.

Extras

Bed linen is available for hire. The price is 10€ per single bed and 15€ per double bed, per week.

Towelling is also available for hire. This comprises of a Bath towel, a hand towel and a tea cloth. Again, prices are per set, per week.

Welcome Packs can now be ordered and will be waiting for you on arrival. For just 20€ we will supply the following items so that you have a few essentials for your first evening, thus saving you the need to stop for shopping en route. Simply fill in the relevant section on the booking form.

• Baguette.
• Butter - 250 grams.
• Orange or Grapefruit juice - let us know your preference.
• Milk - 1 litre.
• Coffee - 50 grams.
• Tea - 25 teabags.
• Eggs - half a dozen.
• Biscuits
• Mineral water.
• Cheese (Brie).
• Ham slices.
